Notes-Awhile back ago, in the year 2005, rattle_n_sound needed a pick me up and ely_jan was inspired. Her beautiful, angst-driven story cried out for a companion piece and sweptawaybayou was inspired. Thus began the saga of Lies We Tell Ourselves. I love this series and await each chapter with eager anticipation.

What am I telling you this for? Well, a couple of downloaded vids, a chapter of Lies was posted, I got inspired and this little fic was born. I dragged my feet on it and a couple of evil plot pushers who shall remain nameless gingerpig and ely_jan fed this bunny carrots, poked, prodded and refused to let it die. sweptawaybayou read it, liked it, and encouraged me to post it. ely_jan did the beta on this for me many many thanks, darlin'.
